Welcome to Yogasmiths OnLine Yoga class!

Upon purchase you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting ID for you to use to access our 6th June Saturday online yin yoga class.  Please make a note of this meeting ID. You will also be sent an email containing the meeting ID but please ensure to make a note upon purchase.

We teach a 90 minute Yin Yoga class including posture work, breathing exercises and finishing with a lovely guided relaxation. The mat based Yin yoga practice is where we hold poses for a longer period of time. We will explore a range of Yin yoga poses and the Yin mental approach to waiting quietly. As we hold the poses, finding a calmness and comfort. Deepening stretches to work into fascia.

Yogasmiths are British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance trained teachers, fully insured through the British Wheel of Yoga.

We teach a staged approach to the yin yoga postures to ensure the classes are inclusive for all abilities.

These classes are pay as you go for £6 per 90 minute online yoga class.
