Welcome to Yogasmiths Yoga classes!
Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation notice that you have purchased a place. You will also be sent an email confirming your purchase. We do not send out printable or downloadable tickets. By purchasing a place your name will be added to our attendance register.
We teach a 90 minute Hatha Yoga class including posture work, breathing exercises and finishing with a lovely guided relaxation. This class includes strength work and we use resistance bands. All equipment is provided.
West Kirby Yoga Class
We teach our West Kirby Yoga Classes at Westbourne Hall Community Centre, 59 Westbourne Road, West Kirby, CH48 4DQ. Westbourne Hall is a beautifully maintained venue with a large free car park to the rear providing ample parking space. Additional parking is also available on Westbourne Road itself.

PARTICIPANT RULES – MUST READ
If you are experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus then please do not attend class. We would also request that students do not attend if they have cold or flu symptoms.
As a precaution we politely request that students wear a face mask on arrival whilst queuing to enter until they take their place in the hall and roll out their mat. Face masks need not be worn during the yoga class but we are happy for students to wear a mask should they wish to do so.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat and equipment (block, strap and blanket for relaxation). We will have a small selection of equipment at class if you forget yours but this will be limited. If you want to purchase a mat, a yoga strap or a block or any other equipment from us please message us (details of equipment below).
Participants must have completed a Health Questionnaire and provided up to date contact information to ensure that Track and Trace will be possible if required. If you have not completed a questionnaire recently then you can submit one easily online to ensure we have up to date information. Yogasmiths will offer verbal adjustments and if hands on adjustments are appropriate we will ask permission before doing so.
As recommended by the British Wheel of Yoga we have carried out a full risk assessment and have produced a detailed lesson plan.
Refund and cancellation policy
No refunds will be given on purchased places except in the event that Yogasmiths cancel the session. If you cannot attend class and provide 24 hours notice then we can provide you with a refund in the form of a voucher code credit for a future class. If less than 24 hours notice is given then no refund will be offered.
Yogasmiths are British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance trained teachers, fully insured through the British Wheel of Yoga.
We teach a staged approach to the yoga postures to ensure the classes are inclusive for all abilities.
These classes are pay as you go for £8.50 per person per 90 minute yoga class.
