“Had a one to one class with Paul a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. He tailored the class to my needs to include some poses to ease sciatica. His calm manner and the professional way he structured the class was excellent. The environment was also very relaxing. I took away an increased knowledge of yoga and I have continued to use the adjustments he made to some of my regular poses in my practise. The yoga nidra at the end made sure I left with a total sense of wellbeing. I would highly recommend to people who are both new to yoga as a great introduction and to those who have been attending group classes as I got a lot out of the one to one session.
