Information about the course
Do you want to deepen your knowledge of yoga? Join us on this 60-hour BWYT (British Wheel of Yoga Training) Foundation Course 1 personal development course where we will delve deeper into preparation for practice, asana, mudra, basic breathing, kriya, pranayama, concentration techniques, relaxation techniques, mantra, talks and discussions on the context and meaning of Yoga.
The BWYT Foundation Course 1 will run one Sunday a month for 10 months in beautiful Hoylake on the Wirral.

The total cost of the course is £660 (£600 course fees and £60 BWY registration fee)
