“Had a one to one class with Paul a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. He tailored the class to my needs to include some poses to ease sciatica. His calm manner and the professional way he structured the class was excellent. The environment was also very relaxing. I took away an increased knowledge of yoga and I have continued to use the adjustments he made to some of my regular poses in my practise. The yoga nidra at the end made sure I left with a total sense of wellbeing. I would highly recommend to people who are both new to yoga as a great introduction and to those who have been attending group classes as I got a lot out of the one to one session. “I have had two yoga sessions now with yogasmiths and have really enjoyed them. It’s great having two people teaching you at the same time, everything is explained in an easy to understand way and they really take their time with you in a professional but relaxed way.

“My husband and I have just had our first ever yoga session with Paul and Steve and it was wonderful. Everything was explained perfectly and they talked us through every part carefully and made us feel at ease.
They were very professional and it was great to have one of them checking your posture and the other showing you how to do the moves which I feel is a very unique way but the best if you want to make sure you are doing it properly. We felt in safe competent hands and the relaxation at the end made us feel very calm with a sense of wellbeing.
Nothing was too much trouble and what I loved most was they even came to our own home as we find it difficult to get out to classes at the moment so this was perfect.
