⭐️ Learn how mindfulness can help you manage stress and anxiety better, improve mood, help with sleep, aid focus and productivity and much more…⭐️

Join us on our next Mindfulness-Based Reduction Course (MBSR) which begins in October

The 8-week MBSR programme is the gold standard course in mindfulness. It is an evidence-based course that can:

✔️ Help with the management of stress and anxiety
✔️ Aid sleep
✔️ Improve mood
✔️ Help with pain management
✔️ Aid concentration
✔️ Prevent relapse of depressive symptoms

The course runs from 18th October to 13th December on Wednesday evenings (with the exception of 15th November when we have a one week break midway through the course). All evening sessions run from 6.30pm - 9.00pm (with the exception of the first session which runs from 6.30pm - 9.30pm). This course also includes a retreat day on Saturday 2nd December (10am - 4pm).

The course will run at 15 Stanley Road, Hoylake,CH47 1HN.

The cost of the course is £289. This includes the eight evening sessions plus the additional retreat day, and full access to our online e-learning MBSR student area which will include guided audio mindfulness practices, mindful movement videos and all course handouts to support your learning and home practices.

We run two classes on Monday evenings at Westbourne Hall in West Kirby - 5.30pm and 7.15pm suitable for all levels from complete beginner to those with years of practice. All welcome at our friendly, fun and inclusive classes.

Yoga gives us space to find a sense of peace and calmness through our mindful movement, breathing practices and guided relaxation.

We had a lovely short break in Malta this week. We particularly loved wandering around the beautiful capital Valletta, the ancient capital Mdina and neighbouring Rabat, and the old fishing village of Marsaxokk. Thankfully the weather was gorgeous too.
