Happy Birthday to our beautiful Archie! He is loved by so many of our family and friends, and has brought so much joy to lots of people over the 7 years that he has been by our side!

He’s even had his portrait painted and hung in @tateliverpool! Not many dogs can say that!

Spring is a perfect time to get outside in nature and practise mindfulness.

Simply noticing:

✔️ What you can see - the flowers, the new blossom, new buds on trees, the sky, etc,
✔️ What you can hear - the birdsong, the breeze, your footsteps, other sounds, etc
✔️ What you can smell - stopping to smell blossom, flowers, etc
✔️ What you can feel - the sun on your face, the breeze on your skin, your feet on the ground, etc

Simply being rather than doing.

Even a short moment of mindfulness like this in your day can make a big difference. What do you notice?

We run two classes on Monday evenings at Westbourne Hall in West Kirby - 5.30pm and 7.15pm suitable for all levels from complete beginner to those with years of practice. All welcome!
