ON DEMAND HATHA YOGA CLASS 90 MINS – BREATH BLOCK – WEEK 1 – THE BREATH AS THE ANCHOR
Welcome to Yogasmiths On demand Yoga class!
Upon purchase you will receive access to our on demand Hatha yoga class of 90 mins. Purchasing will give you access to this class for 3 days. You can access and practice the class as many times as you want until access expires. Once you have purchased your on demand class you will be able to access the class by clicking on the ‘My Profile’ tab of our website. Make sure that you are logged into your account by clicking on the ‘login’ tab. You will then find your purchased classes on the My Profile page under ‘Your Courses’ until they expire.
This class is the first in a block of classes themed around the breath.
This class works up to a peak pose of Navasana / Boat Pose There is a mindfulness observation of breath and a guided meditation / relaxation based on a Mindfulness Body Scan.

We teach a 90 minute Hatha Yoga class including posture work, breathing exercises and finishing with a lovely guided relaxation.

Yogasmiths are British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance trained teachers, fully insured through the British Wheel of Yoga.
We teach a staged approach to the Hatha yoga postures to ensure the classes are inclusive for all abilities.
These classes are pay as you go for £6.50 per 90 minute online yoga class. Once you purchase the on demand class you will have access to it for 3 days. During this time you can access and practice the class as many times as you want.
